O R D E R

Petitioner is working as Junior Assistant in the 2nd respondent - Temple. He filed the present writ petition for a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the arrears of salary due to him from 09.09.2005 to 02.08.2011. Sri A.Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, takes notice on behalf of 2nd respondent and seeks time for filing counter affidavit. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent vide his representations dated 01.03.2018 and 21.03.2018, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
