HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8621 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate land acquisition proceedings for the lands taken for widening the roads on the north east and southern side in all admeasuring 1582.36 sq.ys. in Sy.No.404/2A, situated at Gundala, Vijayawada, Krishna District. The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is trying to take over petitioner's property admeasuring 1582.36 sq.ys, situated at Sy.No.404/2A, Gundala, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for the purpose of widening the road, without acquiring the same by paying compensation under Land Acquisition Act. Aggrieved by the same petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.12.2014 before the 2nd respondent regarding payment of compensation. But, till today no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since no orders are passed on the representation dated 10.12.2014 filed by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ

petition, shall stand closed.
