This Application was taken out to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the proof of debt in Form No. 66 by the applicant with the Official Liquidator.

Heard Sri P.V. Markandeyulu, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 33 days is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to Telangana High Court Advocates' Association within a week.

The Application is ordered accordingly.

The Official Liquidator to take necessary steps.
