Memo, dated 12.09.2016, is filed by the learned counsel for appellant, reporting death of sole appellant, along with copy of death certificate issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh showing the date of death of the sole appellant as 14.08.2010 and date of registration as 21.08.2010.

2. Since the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant have not come on record within time, the appeal stands abated.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
