THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11187 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.19685 of 2017, by way of an order, dated 19.06.2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.
