This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of fifth respondent in seeking allotment of land belong to the Zilla Parishad High School, Mopidevi for expansion of the temple, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned standing counsel for fifth respondent submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioners' High School allotted Acs.0.36 cents of land in favour of the Temple. He further submitted that fifth respondent provided equivalent alternative site to petitioners' High School. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel for fifth respondent, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
