THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13777 OF 2007 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claim application of the petitioner society dated 02.06.2007 under the Prime Minister Package of Relief Measures for Debt-stressed Farmers for waiver of the interest as on 12.07.2006 and as per Circular No. NB 172/PCD15/2006, dated 19.10.2006 issued by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).

In somewhat similar circumstances, this Court, while deciding Writ Petitions No. 24536 of 2009 and batch of cases, on 15.12.2015, made the following order:

" ........... In that view of the matter, the respective agencies viz. the Central Government, APCOB and NABARD shall ensure that the respective applications of the PACSs are processed strictly in accordance with the Scheme notified by the Central Government and they be intimated of the amount sanctioned by determining the eligible members and their respective amounts, if already have not been processed pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petitions keeping in view of the above observations. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." In that view of the matter, let there be a similar order even in this case.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
