THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Contempt Case No.1385 of 2014 ORDER:

Sri G.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has been complied with by issuance of the Memo dated 29.07.2015 by the Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited. He however states that certain grievances of the petitioner still remain and need to be redressed. He therefore seeks leave of the Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of such grievances as may remain by way of instituting separate proceedings in accordance with law.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
