HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3284 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Ananthapur, dated 19.09.2002 in I.D.No.75 of 2000. Second respondent herein approached Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Ananthapur challenging the order of removal from service and the Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed application and directed the petitioner-Corporation to reinstate the second respondent into service with continuity of service without any backwages and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed. As seen from the record, this Court on 18.8.

2010 directed the petitionerCorporation to take out personal notice to second respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and in default the writ petition stands dismissed as against second respondent without further reference to the Court. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-second respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
