Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioners claim to be the owners and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.1-15 guntas in Sy.No.104/EE and Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.105/E. They claim to have applied for mutation of their names in the revenue records. In view of the said submission, petitioners are granted liberty to file fresh application through T.S.Online web portal for mutation of their names in revenue records and issuance of e-pattadar pass books. As and when such application is made, the same shall be processed, appropriate decision shall be made and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of application.
