Heard.

2. This writ petition is filed alleging that the request made by the petitioner to conduct survey of land in an extent of Acs.9.00 gts., in Survey No.218/11, 12 and 13 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is not considered by the respondents, even when he submitted an appropriate application.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced a photocopy of the memo dated 06.10.2018 informing that the request of the petitioner to conduct survey and demarcation cannot be accepted on the ground that the name of the petitioner is not found in Khathadar column of Pahani/enjoyer, the petitioner has not produced registered document and there is serious dispute regarding possession/Title. The photocopy of the Mee Seva record also shows that the application of the petitioner is rejected. This order of rejection is not under challenge.

4. Since the decision is already taken refusing to accept the request of the petitioner to conduct survey for the reasons assigned in the decision, the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be accepted. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his

remedies against the refusal to conduct survey, this writ petition is dismissed.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
