P.Jayachandra Rao v. State Bank Of Hyderabad And 4 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.177 OF 2002 ORDER:
When the matter was called on 02.07.2015, none appeared for the sole petitioner. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the petitioner has passed away on 06.07.2015 and sought time for taking steps to bring the L.Rs of the deceased petitioner on record. But, the record shows that no steps have been taken for bringing the L.Rs of the deceased petitioner on record in spite of the matter being listed on several occasions and also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner's counsel. Since the petitioner had died and his L.Rs are not brought on record, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 28th November, 2019 v v
