THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5559 of 2024 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to release the petitioner/Accused No.6, on bail in Crime No.937 of 2023 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'the IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

The petitioner is Accused No.6 in Crime No.937 of 2023 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District which culminated him Sessions Case No.124 of 2024 on the file of the XI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Accused No.3 was granted regular bail by this Court by an order dated 18.10.2023 in Crl.P.No.10200 of 2023, Accused Nos.1 and 2 were granted regular bail by this Court on 04.12.2023 in Crl.P.Nos.11110 and 11126 of 2023 and Accused No.4 was also granted bail by this Court by an order dated 23.01.2024 in Crl.P.No.125 of 2024 and the bail order copies have been placed on record.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-accused No.6 is directed to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge cum XI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. After release, the petitioner-accused No.6 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, on every alternate day at 10:00 a.m. for a period of three weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required. The

petitioner-accused No.6 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
