THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 11378 OF 2018 O R D E R:

In the ultimate analysis, what the petitioners seek is consideration of their Application for releasing the final lay out in respect of Survey No. 327/Paiki (old) corresponding to Survey Nos. 602 and 605 (new), correlating to Block "C" and T.S.No. 10 in Block "G" of Ward No. 13, Hyderabad District, in an extent of Acs.30.00.

It is not necessary for this Court to refer to earlier objections except to state that as on 04.02.2019, the 4th respondent Corporation had pointed out certain defects, which are required to be fulfilled for the petitioners' Application to be considered. The petitioners submit that the deficiencies pointed out through letter dated 04.02.2019 have already been made good by them vide letter dated 22.03.2019.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that the Corporation had raised certain defects and as the petitioners had complied with the same on 22.03.2019, their Application for grant of final lay out would be processed in accordance with law, duly taking into consideration the relevant aspects.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent Corporation to pass appropriate orders on the Application of the petitioners within six weeks. No costs. The miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
