CVNR,J & DVSS,J JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) I.A.No.2 of 2017 (A.S.M.P.No.2307 of 2017) is filed for condonation of delay of 265 days in filing A.S.No.936 of 2017, which is filed against judgment and decree, dated 29.04.2016, in O.S.No.71 of 2014 on the file of learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur, S.P.S.R.Nellore District.

On 23.03.2018 in I.A.No.2 of 2017 (A.S.M.P.No.2307 of 2017), this Court passed the following order. "The learned counsel for the appellant requested for further adjournment for filing L.R. application. Post on 17.04.2018. If by the next date of hearing, the L.R. application is not filed. A.S.M.P.No.2307 of 2017 and A.S.No.936 of 2017 shall stand abated."

Today, at the hearing, Mr.Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, has submitted that the L.R. application could not be filed. Therefore, order, dated 23.03.2018, worked itself out resulting in abatement of I.A.No.2 of 2017 (A.S.M.P.No.2307 of 2017) and A.S.No.936 of 2017. 4.
