THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.610 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner contends that order dt.08.02.2016 in WP.No.32217 of 2015 has not been complied with by 1st respondent.

The counsel for respondents has placed before me order dt.23.02.2016 passed by 1st respondent considering petitioner's representations for refund of the E.M.D. of Rs.10 lakhs, and rejecting it.

3. In view of the above order dt.23.02.2016, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 08.02.2016.

4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dt.23.02.2016 passed by 1st respondent. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
