ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 20.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Warangal, wherein it is asserted that C.C.No.262 of 2011 (C.C.No.104 of 2014) was ended in acquittal on 29.04.2016 and the same is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
