ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the complaint dated 06.06.2016 lodged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.24 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Anakapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 452, 379 & 506 read with 149 IPC and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
