Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Book and Title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.02.86 cents in Sy.No.3, situated at Tangirala Village, Nugendla Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of provisions of Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue Pattadar Pass Book and Title deed in the name of the petitioner in respect of his land in an extent of Ac.2.86 cents in Sy.No.3 situated at Tangirala Village, Nugendla Mandal, Guntur District."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 08.01.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Nugendla Mandal, Guntur District (R.4) to consider the representation dated 08.01.2016 made by the petitioner for issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.02.86 cents in Sy.No.3, situated at Tangirala Village, Nugendla Mandal, Guntur District, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) to eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.
