THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13501 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.08.2019 as there was no representation for the petitioner, matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 02.08.2019. On 02.08.2019, this Court observed that "After dictating the order dismissing the writ petition for non-prosecution, a representation is made on behalf of Mr.P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, at 1.15 p.m., that due to oversight, learned counsel could not attend the Court when the case was called and apologized for not being present, and requests to take up the matter on 05.08.2019. Apology is accepted and the matter is adjourned to 05.08.2019 under the same caption." Though the matter was not listed on 05.08.2019 today it has been listed under the caption 'for 2:15 for dismissal' and when the matter is called at 2:15, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
