HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.23705 of 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare G.O.Rt.No.4, dated 01.01.2004, issued by the first respondent as illegal, violative of Articles-243-G & 243-H of the Constitution of India and also violative of Chapter-III of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat Act and the Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and to set aside the same.

It is submitted by Mr. C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, that by efflux of time, the petitioner ceased to be the Sarpanch of Komaravalli Gram Pancahayat and hence, liberty may be given to him to question if any cause of action arises in future.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed with a liberty as prayed.
