HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8902 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.243 of 2017 of Jadcherla P.S, Mahabubnagar District, which was registered for the offences under Section 286 IPC and Section Explosive Substances Act. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jadcherla P.S, Mahabubnagar District and submitted that case was compromised in Lok Adalat on 10.02.2018 vide STC No.30 of 2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.243 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.
