THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN C.R.P.No.2587 of 2017 ORDER:

The defendants in a suit have come up with the present revision petition seeking a very limited relief.

2. Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The respondent filed a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.44 of 2016 and also obtained an interim order of injunction in I.A.No.53 of 2016. The petitioners, who are defendants, filed their counter affidavit on 21.03.2016 itself. Still the application for injunction is not disposed of forcing the petitioners to come up with a limited prayer.

4. Having regard to the nature of the relief prayed, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.53 of 2016 in accordance with law after hearing both parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN 9th June, 2017 Js.
