THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4025 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed by the X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gurazala, while granting bail in Crl.M.P. No.188 of 2018 in C.A.No.593 of 2016 on 19.03.2018 whereby the learned Sessions Judge imposed a condition to execute a bond for Rs.3,00,000/- with two local sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction, to release the petitioner on bail. The main contention of the petitioner is that she is a resident of Avanti Nagar Colony, Babuguda Village, Balangar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and hence it is impossible for her to produce the local sureties.

In view of the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, production of local sureties is dispensed with, while permitting her to produce sureties from Avanti Nagar Colony, Babuguda Village, Balanagar Mandal.
