HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 24973 of 2003 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in levying penal rent for the accommodation. In view of afflux of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
