HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.4540 OF 2017 ORDER:

The order clubbing O.S. No.94 of 2011 with O.S. No.61 of 2011 is challenged by filing the instant revision.

May be that the Court would have stated a few reasons or afforded opportunity to petitioner for voicing her grievance. Once it is construed that the subject matter of both the suits is one and the same, it is in fitness of things that they are heard together and disposed. The learned trial Judge in fact has done the same, but this Court would have appreciated, if a few more reasons are given by the learned trial Judge.

With the above observation, revision fail and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
