This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking to transfer O.P.No.18 of 2019 pending on the file of IX Additional District Judge, at Sircilla, to any other District Court at Nizamabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. 3.

The 1st respondent herein/petitioner filed O.P.No.18 of 2019 before the IX Additional District Judge, at Sircilla, seeking to set aside the Elections of Advocates Bar Association, Sircilla, held on 08.04.2019.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners herein/ respondents that the subject O.P.No.18 of 2019 is required to be disposed of by a neutral Court and the continuation of proceedings before the IX Additional District Judge's Court, at Sircilla, would cause prejudice to them.

Under these circumstances, it is appropriate to state that all Courts are neutral. The apprehension of the petitioners that there would be prejudice to them is based on surmises and imaginations. Moreover, the duration of the election is for one year. Therefore the subject O.P.No.18 of 2019 is required to be disposed of expeditiously. The order of transfer of the subject O.P from one Court to other, certainly causes delay in adjudication of the proceedings. Therefore,

the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
