THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11208 of 2018 ORDER:
The only request of the writ petitioner in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is with regard to expeditious disposal of LTR Case in RC.No.A/1037/2014 on the file of the Agency Divisional Officer and Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhadrachalam i.e., the third respondent herein.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Telangana) appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Perused material record. 3.
Having regard to the facts and submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of with appropriate directions.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to dispose of the afforested LTR Case, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
