O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was as to the alleged failure on the part of the police authorities in investigating Crime No.390 of 2009 on the file of the Banjara

Hills Police Station, Hyderabad.

The Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, addressed written instructions in February, 2011 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that Crime No.390 of 2009 had been registered on the file of the Banjara Hills Police Station under Sections 417, 418, 420 and 506 IPC against the sixth respondent upon the complaint made by the petitioner, but thereafter the petitioner did not cooperate despite issuance of notices under Sections 91 and 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner cannot complain of the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities in investigating the crime. The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
