HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CCCA No.74 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

In view of the Letter dated 30.11.2016 submitted by Sri S. Malla Rao, learned counsel for appellants to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellants intend to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file fresh suit against respondent No. 8 in the appeal after serving notice as required under Section 106 of Transfer of Property Act, and hence the CCCA may be dismissed as withdrawn, this CCCA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
