THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3992 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed to enlarge the petitioner/ A.1 on bail in the event of his arrest since he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.135 of 2018 on the file of RGI Airport Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 324, r/ w 34 IPC and Section 3 (1) (s) of Prevention of SC/ ST Atrocities Act, 1989.

After arguing the matter for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1 In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Police of RGI Airport Police Station, Cyberabad, are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
