HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3988 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioner/A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to quash the proceedings against him in C.C No.626 of 2017 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 473, 201, 120(B) r/w 34 IPC.

Having regard to the fact that the charge sheet is filed and case is registered as CC No. 626 of 2017, this Court is of the opinion that it is not apt to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, liberty is given to the petitioner/A3 to file an appropriate application to discharge him, in which case, the trail Court shall pass appropriate orders on merits at the earliest. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
