THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1618 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents of the order, dated 06.03.2015, in W.P.No.3883 of 2015.

In the aforesaid order, this Court, while considering the allegation that the revision filed by the petitioners under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before the Joint Collector, Visakhapatnam - respondent No.1 herein was not being disposed of, directed the said respondent to dispose of the revision within a period of four months from the date of the said order. 3.

Today, Mr.A.Veera Swamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the respondents have complied with the order, out of which the contempt case arises, and in support of this submission, he has placed before the Court along with the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.2, the proceedings, dated 19.09.2016, issued by respondent No.1, whereby he has dismissed the petitioners' revision.
