THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.34540 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief: "to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in recalling the tender dated 29.09.2016 as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 19 (1) (g), 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to cancel the tender dated 29.09.2016 and process the dated 02.10.2016 as the terms and conditions therein."

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel informs the Court that the tenders were finalized and contracts were awarded. In the process two works were also awarded to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
