HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13493 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in calling the petitioners to the police station and pressuring them to settle the dispute with respondent No.4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner GD entry was made and preliminary enquiry was conducted and found that the dispute is civil in nature. He denied the allegation with regard to threatening and calling the petitioners to the police station to settle the matter with respondent No.4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed IA.No.9/2019 in OS.No.5 of 2019 on the file of II Addl.Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, and also obtained injunction on 11.02.2019 restraining the respondent No.4 herein from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the suit schedule property. Inspite of the same, the 3rd respondent is pressurising the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 4th respondent. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and 4th respondent, and also not to interfere with the life and

liberty of the petitioners, except by following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
