Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents. In similar circumstances, this Court has disposed of W.P.No.21995 of 2017 on 07.07.2017 and the lis in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the above said order. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents also not disputed the same. Recording the above submission, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 07.07.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21995 of 2017 and the respondent-Authorities concerned are directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if no order was already passed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
