This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 25-01-2016 in W.P.No. 1938 of 2016.

The contemnor is personally present. At the hearing, Sri S.D.Gowd, learned counsel representing him, submitted that the order, in respect of which the contempt case is filed, is complied with by demolishing the illegally constructed compound wall.
