THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12898 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.4 to 9 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 468, 471 and 34 IPC and 66-C, 66-D of Information Technology Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations levelled against the petitioners are so serious in nature. Further more, the petitioners are natives of Nigeria. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
