This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners-Accused Nos.12 and 13 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.280 of 2O22on the file of Station House I ) I I Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 477 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State.

On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioners are up to seven years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.280 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines

formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v' State of 8#a/scrupulously. The petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in concluding the investigation' Accordingly, thr: Criminal Petition is disposed off' Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
