Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that 2nd respondent has not considered his representation dt.29.05.2017 seeking reversion from the category of Junior Assistant (Ministerial Service) to the Category of Office SubOrdinate (LGS) with immediate effect. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.29.05.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
