This writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1s t respondent bearing Lr.No.SE/O/GNT/Ad.C3/D.NO.180/2000, dated 03-02-2000 and quash the same by declaring it as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
