THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.3387 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners got themselves impleaded as defendants 2 to 4 in O.S.No.1542 of 2016 on the file of the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar vide order dated 09.06.2017 passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.310 of 2017 in O.S.No.1542 of 2016. Long prior thereto, the trial Court had granted an order of status quo on 14.10.2016 in I.A.No.364 of 2016 filed in the suit by the plaintiffs, respondents 1 and 2 herein.

Without taking effective steps to seek vacating of the said status quo order, the newly impleaded defendants 2 to 4 directly filed this civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution aggrieved by the status quo order dated 14.10.2016.

This Court is of the opinion that without seeking vacating of the aforestated status quo order before the trial Court, it is not open to the petitioners to maintain a civil revision petition directly before this Court. On this short ground, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioners to take steps before the trial Court in accordance with law and as advised.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
