This appeal is filed by the appellant-claimant under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, aggrieved by the award, dated 03.08.2004, in O.P.No.2567 of 2002, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for enhancement of compensation. 2.

The order, dated 08.02.2016 is not complied with. In spite of opportunity given by way of order, dated 22.03.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the matter.
