Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for closure of this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in C.C.No.42 of 2017 on the file of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

Recording the above, the writ petition is closed. It is needless to mention that it is open for the petitioner to assert its rights before appropriate forum and there cannot be any embargo with respect to the same.
