HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13537 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not executing the Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Hyderabad (for short "Consumer Forum") against one Varikilla Srinivas, who is respondent in E.A.No.3 of 2017 in C.C.No.205 of 2016. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that NBWs were executed on Varikilla Srinivas and he was produced before the Consumer Forum. The same is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
