When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.11.2013, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23710 of 2008 and batch.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
