This Revision Case is filed against the docket order dated 19.01.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.14 of 2017 in Crl.A. No.28 of 2017 by the learned XII Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur.

2) Heard both sides at length and perused the material on record. 3) For this Court while sitting in revision, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order whereby the Sessions Court suspended the sentence of imprisonment of three months and compensation, subject to petitioner depositing half of the compensation amount on or before 20.01.2017, which was subsequently extended till 30.01.2017 and thereafter till 10.02.2017, but for extending the time till 06.03.2017, failing which, the lower Court can recover the amount under Section 421 r/ w 431 Cr.P.C by levying the warrant without further reference to the Court. 4) With the above observations, the revision is disposed of. 5) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
