THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 13582 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.16.11.2017.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that already necessary action has been initiated against the 2nd respondent for causing delay in registering the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, by issuing him a charge memo.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after issuance of charge memo against the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the charge memo.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since it is stated that the 3rd respondent has already initiated action against the 2nd respondent by issuing a charge memo against him for the delay in registering the crime on the complaint of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to pressurize the petitioner to withdraw the charge memo. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
