Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for, by the petitioner. It is needless to say that the appellate authority shall decide the appeal in case the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
