Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K. Lakshman, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home-respondent Nos.3 and 5. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submitted that the organizers of the religious meeting naming 'Prophetic & Healing Conference' scheduled from 05.07.2019 to 07.07.2019 at Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, Hyderabad, is not conducting and if they have conducted the said meeting, they are liable for action.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
